How do I become a Tempo Tots Member?
To become a
Tempo-Tots Member simply sign up here or when prompted during the class booking process.
Once you are a member please update account settings to include your home address used for the purposes of "Track & Trace".
How do book if I am already a Session Card Holder?
For those who have outstanding sessions on their pre-paid Tempo Tots cards you will still be required to become a member online, book into your chosen session time and venue and pay.
Please then bring your pre-paid Tempo Tots session card with you to the class and on arrival your card will be stamped, attendance recorded and then the funds will be refunded.
How do I go on a class waitlist?
If the class you require is full you can now join a waiting list for this class.
To join the class waiting list you need to have downloaded our TEMPO TOTS WIX APP.
You will be prompted to download the Tempo Tots App when requesting a waitlist.
A link to the app can be texted to your phone.
Once you have downloaded the TEMPO TOTS WIX APP and signed in with your Tempo Tots Member login you will be able to keep track of your waitlist and also manage all you bookings via your mobile.
If you are on a waitlist you will be notified if a space becomes available.
How can I amend /cancel my class booking?
You are able to reschedule or cancel your class up to 24 hours before the class begins in your Tempo Tots Member Account either on this website or via our Tempo Tots App. After this time the full session fee will apply.
What is the booking procedure?
Booking operates on a first come, first served basis. Places are not guaranteed; they are subject to availability and will ordinarily be allocated via an online booking system.
Once booked in, your place shall be secure and payment shall be taken.
Once the class is full then a waiting list will be offered for your chosen session time and venue.
Weekly classes are payable a week in advance through the online booking system.
Cancellation of sessions can be made within a 24 hour notice period. If you have cancelled online within this period then payment will be refunded.
If you have booked onto a session but do not attend we cannot offer a refund for that session.
You will be notified by email if we accept your booking offer, at which point a contract will be formed between us in respect of the class notified to you during the booking process. If we do not accept your booking offer, we will return your payment in full.
If you miss a class due to sickness or holidays it cannot be refunded, transferred or carried over to the next course. If we have to cancel or make a change to the location or time of a class, and you are unable to attend the rearranged session(s), then we will refund you a pro-rata share of your payment which relates to those session(s). If we do need to change a venue then we will do our best to find an appropriate replacement in an appropriate location.
What do the classes provide for me and my child?
The Tempo Tots classes are created to be as interactive as possible to develop the skills of the children while:
Supporting caregivers to be with their children in a creative and fun musical engagement.
Offering ideas for caregivers to use at home and help them feel supported and encouraged in their interactions with their children.
Supporting caregivers to use music more effectively in realising it's potential as a key agent for emotional, developmental, social and communication needs whilst helping relationships within families grow.
Introducing activities for play to promote physical development.
Building awareness of the importance of shared attention and turn taking with their children within a fun and relaxed environment.
Encouraging parents to have fun with their children by using their voices through singing or the instruments provided.
